I’m from North Carolina, but I grew up in Virginia. I come from a family with roots in the rural south, and the early settlement of the United States. My childhood was spent exploring tobacco fields, old graveyards, Civil War battlefields and countless monuments. I was regaled with stories about my Scottish ancestors, and lived among their antique remnants. Their history lives within me.
Spartsly was born from my love of stories, history and the legacy of the things that others pass on to us. It is a place where like minded people can find unique photos, letters, ephemera. pre-owned vintage/antique items and used goods.
